battery power video monitor It seems that primarily the 7" or larger monitors are for in-car video use. Again, you would need the mother of all cords with a cigarette lighter plug on the end, or if you have one of those battery jump-starters with lighter plugs in it, it would actually be fairly mobile.

Those are some really neat monitors listed. Notice some seem to be USB enabled so wonder if  you could plug them into a laptop USB for power? Would be an alternative if you are sending the video from the camera to laptop while recording.  Still would need a long extension cord if filming outside unless  you kept your filming time short.

Hey thanks BoozeBandPuppets !!!  That's so funny about your neighbor....lol.
The two channels I use the puppets on are ItsTimmysVlog and Vids4Kidstv.
V4K is more educational and Timmy's Vlog is just entertainment. I never thought that I would be filming puppets in a million years. However, I am so glad I made my first puppet because I love it and I am addicted to making them now. No two puppets that I have made are the same. They just kinda form into a character as I build.

Hey there!

We have a web site at:  http://www.ruffusthedog.net   where you can watch our old television episodes and the new works we're creating for release online.

Ruffus The Dog lives in a bookshop and shares stories with young viewers - everything from fairy tales like Jack & The Beanstalk and Tom Thumb to classic works of literature like 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea and Around The World In 80 Days - with a cast of puppet characters to help him out.  Loads of silly fun for everyone.  We'd love to hear what people think of our work.

Cheers!

I'm going to leave this here. It's not my site, but I did just finish redesigning it for the puppeteer. (No mobile version yet though)
