Jay love them video's, can't wait to see a collection on a DVD set.  You are a great teacher and your video's are clear and simple.
 
A way to reducing fraying of thread is to get sewing wax and run the thread through the wax  This protects it and keeps it from tangling/fraying/knotting as well.  Sometimes it is better to use shorter pieces at a time than long pieces of thread,  it takes more time to re-thread your needle but you don't run into the problem with tangling, knotting and fraying as quickly.  When this happens sometimes you have to start over and that takes much more time.

SUre I will try and do a video that shows picking the stictches out. Are you using Antron fleece? That does make a huge difference.
