Nice bird! What's the beak made out of?

Thanks for all your responses. The beak is made of cardboard and foam covered with fleece cloth.
The beaks have come out rather big. I designed the next bird beak smaller than the first one. Will upload the pics once ready.

Just completed my second bird...looks ok I guess..need ur comments.

I started with the beak first then constructed the head and body.
My own design and developed with imagination. I have never seen any
muppet style bird puppet in India so had tough time activating my grey
cells to get the shape right. Some of the pictures available on the net was
helpful...
