Hi Guys!
Well, I've gotten her completed!  The vent puppet custom order that I had is ready to mail.
Here are some pictures of how I decided to do that back opening, and also the completed puppet.

Ooops, forgot to add how I made the hair!  
I simply pre-cut a "wig cap", made from fabric with holes in it.
Then, I tied each piece of yarn through it...think I've seen somewhere on here where someone else did the same thing.
Anyways, it takes a very long time, but gives a full head of hair, instead of the usual sewn strips, leaving gaps on the head.
This puppet was ordered to have her hair left down, so it was needed.

Great Job on the back entry................... Do you have my Wig Loom tutorial I did. If not I'll see if I can get it put in my gallery. It tells you how to make a wig loom and I did a second part on wefting yarn.

What type of foam are you using?

I used reticulated foam for the head, and 1" polyfoam for the body, since I wanted it to be sturdier.
